Made with cookie-style dough infused with the delicious taste of almond paste and blended with a touch of vanilla-almond and lemon-orange flavors. For the fruit mondel we add a handful of chopped candied fruit to the batter. To the chocolate mondel batter we stir in cocoa and drizzle milk chocolate on top. We slice our mondelbreads for your convenience and enjoyment. Here at "The Bun" the boss keeps her mondelbreads within easy reach in the freezer. She swears they're delicious right out of the freezer with a cup of coffee.
